MOST BITTER CHOCOLATE

I wanted to show shooting and retouching tecniques to Laura attending my food photography workshop, so we took the name of her friend and chocolate artisan shop based in Savona, Italy. the shop name is a word game among atichoke and chocolate, so the idea went out: a weird piece of sweet, bitter and bizarre.

The shoot is a gift to ARTICIOK pastry artesan, Savona, and an experiment lead during former food photography workshop
